1. Acceptance

By using PokeScammers you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What the service is

PokeScammers hosts user-submitted reviews about traders in the Pokémon TCG community and presents aggregate trust levels. We are not a marketplace, escrow, or payment provider, and we are not a party to any transaction between users.

3. Your reviews

You must only submit reviews about transactions you were genuinely part of, and your statements must be truthful and factual. You retain responsibility for what you post. Do not post harassment, threats, private personal data (doxxing), or claims you cannot substantiate.

4. Trust levels

Trust tiers are automatically computed signals based on aggregate reviews. They are opinions derived from community input, not statements of fact or accusations of criminal conduct, and should not be your only basis for a decision.

5. Moderation and removal

We may remove content, disputes, or accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion. Reviewed users may claim their profile and respond, and may open a dispute over specific reviews.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any review and are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users.
