Who we are

PokeScammers is an independent, community-run project. This policy explains what we collect and why, in line with the GDPR.

What we collect

Account data (your email address and authentication identifiers, including from Google Sign-In if you use it), the reviews and disputes you submit, and basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

To operate your account, publish and attribute your reviews, compute trust levels, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Reviews about others

Reviews you write about traders are published to the community. Where a review concerns an identifiable person, we process that data on the basis of legitimate interest in consumer transparency, balanced against the rights of the reviewed person, who may respond or request correction.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us using the details on the Contact page to exercise these rights.

Data storage

Data is stored via our hosting and database provider (Supabase). We keep data only as long as needed to run the service and meet legal obligations.
