- Who can leave a review?
- Anyone with a verified email account. We require email verification to keep reviews accountable and reduce fake submissions. You should only review people you've actually transacted with.
- How is a trust tier calculated?
- It's an aggregate of the reviews on a profile, weighted toward recent activity and reviewer track record. A single bad review won't sink an otherwise solid trader, and one glowing review won't lift an unknown one to "Trusted".
- Someone reviewed me unfairly. What can I do?
- Claim your profile and reply publicly to set the record straight. If a review is factually false or breaks our rules, open a dispute or contact us and a moderator will review it.
- Can I have a review or my profile removed?
- Reviews that break our rules (harassment, doxxing, provably false claims) are removed. Genuine negative experiences are not removed simply because they're unflattering. See the Contact page to submit a takedown request.
- Is this an official Pokémon service?
- No. PokeScammers is an independent, community-run project with no affiliation to The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, or any marketplace.
